I love sitting with people who want to feel more at peace on the inside. I see therapy as the art of neuroscience and love. Each person has a unique inner world. Together, we can bring genuine curiosity and immense compassion to the many thoughts, feelings, sensations and urges your body holds. Each person has a unique "spirity-self" that transcends the physical. Each person also has an autonomic nervous system keeping their physical body alive. As healing occurs in the nervous system, one's access to leading life from their "spirity-self" grows and symptoms subside. You'll know this is happening when confidence, courage, compassion,connection and creative possibilities come easier for you.  I especially enjoy working with clients who have experienced spiritual abuse, spiritual warfare and those healing from systems that have reinforced shame in their bodies. My favorite approach combines IFS unburdening with Polyvagal theory.
